MEAM was founded in 2012 by the owner Carlo Groffils, who has several years of experience and a lot of know-how about microwave-technology. During the years, the company has been growing from an engineering consulting business towards an expertise center for microwave-technology with implementations and projects around the globe in different applications.

Today, as an all-in solution provider, MEAM is not only an assembly and installation company, MEAM has been strategically investing in a Test and Trainingcenter, based in Houthalen-Helchteren in Belgium to provide the best possible solution according to the customer’s needs.

Every project design is developed based on the results of feasibility studies, using a set of proprietary microwave instruments and technologies, and represents as such a clear ROI (Return On Investment) by implementing microwave-technology.
A professional team ensures not only an efficient installation, but also training and support to provide customers a better quality process.
